Davidson is Guilty

A jury has found developer Donald Davidson  guilty on six charges but they deadlocked on the other 18 charges.  Donaldson was found guilty of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

According to KLAS-Channel 8:

A judge declared a mistrial on 18 counts, which included conspiracy, mail fraud and money laundering.

Davidson was found guilty on counts 19 through 24 -- one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and five counts of wire fraud.

The breakdown of the 24-count indictement is:

  • Count 1 is Conspiracy
  • Count 2-11 is Mail Fraud
  • Count 12-14 is Money Laundering
  • Count 15-18 is Money Laundering
  • Count 19 is Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud
  • Count 20-24 is Wire Fraud

The U.S. Attorney's office asked for seven days to decide on proceeding against the 19 counts. The next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.

 

Erin Kenny can now be sentenced and that may happen by the end of the week.
