Robert Goulet Funeral - Public Invited

Funeral Services for Robert Goulet, who lit up the stages of the world with his wonderful baritone voice, and who died from Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis on Oct. 30, 2007, in Los Angeles while awaiting a lung transplant, will be held at The Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer, 55 E. Reno Ave. Las Vegas, Nv. Friday, Nov. 9th at 1:00 p.m.

Goulet first gained fame playing Sir Lancelot in the Alan Jay Lerner-Fredrick Loewe musical “Camelot” on Broadway. Goulet went on to star in movies, television and recordings, and over the years won a Tony, Grammy and Emmy for his endeavors.

According to his wife of 25 years, Vera, among those invited to attend the services are Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gorme, Rich Little, Phyllis McGuire, Michael Douglas, Kirk Douglas, Suzanne Sommer, Barry Manilow, Celine Dion, Wayne Newton, Lance Burton and many more. The public is invited to attend.

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is coordinating with the hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, and elsewhere in Las Vegas, to honor Goulet with their marquees on the day of the funeral.
