I visited Las Vegas a few weeks ago and I am curious about the empty lot next to the Westin on E. Flamingo. The side walk in front of this lot has various famous musicians names embedded into it like Gene Krupa, Stan Getz and others. Was there a famous hotel/club there?

it was a casino called bourbon street it went out of business a few years back and since new orleans is known for jazz that is why they have the musicians names on the sidewalk
