I am a 38 year old Las Vegas native I recently stumbled across two old annual cook books that The Nevada Power Company put out while helping my mom clean up. They have no dates what's so ever in them they contain recipes from chefs in the casinos- based on that I can summize it was from the late 70's or 80's I was wondering if anyone knew how I could find out more information about these and how many years they produced this?
