I sent you a couple of emails on points of interest. As for MCM restaurants, it doesn't get any more MCM than the Peppermill located near the Riviera.
Roberta's in the El Cortez is very old Vegas as is the Golden Steer. Be aware the Golden Steer while very old school is also pricey.
Former mayor,Oscar Goodman, has a restaurant in the Plaza at the end of Fremont Street that is supposed to be MCM in style.
The Golden Gate has very affordable shrimp cocktail in a very historic setting though not MidMod.
